Just got my Mpc No idea how to load samples

quick reply would be a big help just want to bang out a quick beat. Have some fun. I don't see anything about usb in the manual?

Try page 98 for USB and page 89-97 for loading. In fact, try reading the whole thing first !

c'mon getting some new gear and reading the manual is no fun. IDK about you but my page 98 is in japanese

Try turning Autoload on. You should have plenty in there.

Thanks for the help. I'll look at the manual before I make more posts but If you feel it isn't worth your time then you should't feel like you have to answer.

spend the $40 to get the MPC1000 tutorials. I spent a few weeks getting the basics down by myself, I got to see most of the menus and see what could be done with the mpc but going through the tutorials is a GREAT way to learn the mpc, it's one thing to know you can layer kits, use a patched phrase, etc, its another to be shown how to use and abuse those features.
