MPC 1000 power cable???

Hey, i recently bought an MPC 1000, it came with a 3-prong US power cable, instead of using a stepdown transformer and a US to UK plug, is it safe to use a 10A 250v IEC power cable, like one you would use for a PC for instance???

Yes it's perfectly safe.
The MPC1000 adjusts itself to your local voltage.
If you look on the back where the power cord plugs in it say's 100-250 volts.

actually......my 1000 says 100-240v on the back, so i dont know if the 250v adapter will be cool??

240 / 250 it makes no difference really.
