Before you start bugging please read the manual, all the secrets you need are in those pages. I refer to the bible daily.

Yous a OG then big homie. When you get it run through EVERY function you've read and try it ALL out and MANY of you questions will have been answered just doing that right there. Extra stuff like techniques, well, we can help you out with that here in the forums.

thanks guys ,and be easy i wont be askin shit like how do i turn it on or shit thats clearly listed in the manual, i might as well tell u a bit by myself, i been makin beats for one year i started by looping samples from movies and shit with drum rolls in acid pro, i moved onto to reason for a few months wasnt feelin it,moved on to fl studio 4 and caught my groove i made my best shit on that program now im ready to cop sum gear and invest sum loot so i copped an mpc 1000 and a turn table, in addition i got a yamaha psr 292 i know its toy but imma use it for a midi controller to key in the synths , and this summer is gunna be the summer of beats ,peace

I got it from the Akai website but I got the link for it doing a search of the fourms for a PDF. version of the manual! Printed it out(109 pages) and took it to Kinkos and hand it bounded up and been reading it everyday since(2weeks)

yeah i got it the other day its off the hook ,its a lot more satisfying than makin beats on the computer for sum REASON i guess cuz it feels more like yur playing an instrument rather than programing ,i just started putting together few bar loops and shit punched sum elvis samples in n shit, i can def tell im gunna be abe to do a lot of good shit with this piece , only thing i wanna get down before i start doin like 40 bar songs is figure out some way to play keys into the mix, i knew this would be a pain in the balls but its sumthin i gutta go through pretty much my first hurdle ,like right now like said i wanna trigger samples in my mpc with a board but eventually when i get a nice emu board ill want to use the boards sounds so ill have to have the mpc trigger sounds from the board some how , but i am doin better than i thought id be doin i never used hardware before so im doin alright for my first week
