Ok, that was it. The second time I have to send my mpc 1000 bk back for repair! First time I got to use it for 3 months, the second time for 5 minutes. This piece of shit pisses me off seriously so now I sent a mail to the company I bought my mp off and said I want compensation and to change to a 2500... hopefully it's better than the breaking piece of a shit that the 1K is.
I mean, a great machine on paper, it's just built so shitty that I'll never touch that model again.

besides a couple questions ive had on here about it, ive had no problems at all from what i can, tell ,

once you get use to how it works and everything, i love it and would never get rid of it,

the only things i have worries about is the pads, but if they break or whatever i guess ill just get them fixed,

unless someone wants to make a after market pad replacment so the pads are on 1 sheet like the other mpcs ,,,

way ahead of you, rvdlmno

using a better model resistive sensor/more appropriate rubber pads, we'll be able to replace the existing mpc1000 pads (rubber, sensor, everything but the PCB board which converts the analog signals to digital

otherwise, i'm really not sure what the issue could be
but knowing the mpc is more than knowing how to make beats on it
it's knowing how it works

you can't think you're "good with computers" just cuz you know Word, can make a decent spreadsheet, and ran powerpoint once or twice...
