All buttons and pads on my mpc3000 don't work, please help

I disassembled the pad module and put it right back after cleaning, I didn't unplug any cable inside. It does power on, but all buttons and pads aren't working. HELP!!

99% of all cases its just a wobbly ribbon cable that needs reseating. I guess he figured it by himself

The one that connects the top and bottom. I need an eye exam.
