I also fixed the screen for a new one.
As you can see, the old one is full of lines.

All the other pins (7+9+14+16+18+24) at the DSub should be connected to the all odd pins except 25 at the IDC connector.

i solder one wire to the pins (7+9+14+16+18+24) and on every end I do 5 of the 30 odd wires.

IDC Pins 1,3,5,7,9 to D-Sub pin 7.
IDC Pins 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 to D-Sub pin 9
IDC Pins 21, 23, 27, 29, 31 to D-Sub pin 14
IDC Pins 33, 35, 37, 39, 41 to D-Sub pin 16
IDC Pins 43, 45, 47, 49, to D-Sub pin 18
IDC Pins 20, 24, 28, 30, 34 to D-Sub Pin 24

Is this right.

hmmm

i want to try this, i used to have a job soldering aircraft blackbox components, so im pretty good at it. Also im pretty familiar with the inside of the 2000, im always under the hood flowers around.


i gotta think about this for a while

where did you get the scsi cardreader? I am looking for it a but i cant find it anywhere here in the netherlands. Is it (still) available somewhere in germany? thanks in advance :)

50 - 19 = 31 - 1 (cable 25) = 30 / 6 (7+9+14+16+18+24) = 5
you forget one. I thin it is cable 22.
