as long as you still go outside into the real world a few times a week, i'll allow you to have that many records... but be aware: you are certainly within collecting limits of "crazy person."

purposefully blurry submission: don't want anyone laughing at my records... About a year ago I got rid of a bunch of records, but It--The Thing--Those Records--is growing again... My goal is to never exceed the footprint of those shelves... Studio apartment living cannot deal with too many records...

I only try and buy records I want...

I see guys like EDE and pretty much anyone that has a shop: you're all crazy. Somewhere along the line somebody should've stopped you...sat you down...put you on Intervention. There's a record store here where dude has like 50 copies of Dave Brubeck Time Out. Why? Sure, it's probably the biggest jazz record of all time, but why for you gotta have FIFTY copies of it???

At least you're not collecting heads or whatever...but it's still halfway unhealthy, I'd imagine... Non-music people will see my records and trip, I can't imagine how awkward it must be sometimes to justify having a whole room or whatever devoted to a bunch of plastic discs...

as long as you guys are out there, though, I'm normal.

thanks!
