and the inverted color RTFM...

talking of inverted colours, every time i do a screen for the 1k, i have to invert the colours, otherwise it shows up in negative form on the mpc. anyone know why that is?

I guess that's how the mpc LCD works..
it draws the white pixels in the .bmp

Doesnt happen to me, maybe you computer´s screens are inverted?

take this one for example, when I load it in my MPC, the background is black and the mask is transparent.
