MPC Out Of Sync??

I've synced up the MPC (Master) to Logic (Slave)

I can control Logic from the MPC

However, when I record a sequence on the MPC to an acapella in Logic, the metronome of the MPC never locks to the BPM of the track

Both machines have the same tempo set.

I've locked them both via Midi Clock

Could someone tell me what I need to do??

sounds like a latency problem lower your buffer setting in logic
it might work better if you slave mpc to logic via midi clock

i recently did a remix with a spank rock accapella, logic was the MTC master to the MPC, and things worked flawlessly.

in sync settings do you have MMC selected?
