used dvd manuals or Bonus Track CF card?

Does anyone have any of the mpc 1k dvd manuals that they would be willing to sell for a decent price? Also, I just got an MPC 1k of ebay but it does not come with the bonus track CF card samples. Would anyone be willing to send me a dub if I were to send you the card to do it?

I can post the files from the CF card if you want to download them.

One folder is 7½mb zipped, and the other is less than 4mb.

written pdf manuals are also free on the akai website, as for dvd manuals there are only third party products on this topic no dvd is included with the mpc 1000.
