card readers for 30 or 40 bucks?

This question has already been discussed many times i know but i have surfed the net and have been digging for the right one unsuccessfully for a while now and i thought mabye this was a good question.
The card readers are all at least !00 dollars.I am wondering if these card readers are availible in the 30 or 40 bucks range from a place that doesnt know what they are being used for. It seems the places that know that its being used in a mpc charge more(or am i wrong ,are the card reader models that can be used with the Mpc becoming rare and hard to find.) I was just wondering if anyone knew a computer place i could find a good card reader that goes inside my 2000xl and will work good...

ok cool, ill do the same. I might just resort to buying a pre-set up kit by someone off E-bay or somethng. Ill have to do some more specs and model research... then ill have to find it somewhere, which will be a sure task in itself.

All the Addonics and Syncrotech and Microtech PC-whatever reader models everyone on here has mentioned are sold out every place ive looked. Mabye im not looking in the right place or hard enough but googling sure can get frustrating sometimes

If anyone knows of a company they should buy them all and sell them to musicians because all they are making new for card readers are USB nowadays.

unfortunately they don't have any for sale right now
but u could ask the seller.. maybe he can get them back in stock..
