Can i take Prgm./seq. from MPC1k and use it on 2kXL

I have hella stuff on my mpc1k, i juss got the 2kxl, i tryed takin
4 wav. samples, 1 program, and 1 sequence wich made up ONE song from
the 1k. I then put that on a floppy, I put that floppy in the drive of the
2kxl, it read the samples and drums fine because they're in wav. format,
But when i tryed to load the sequence somthing funky happened and i
couldent go back by hitting the main menu button. I need help please,
Is there a real way to get those programs from the 1k to the 2k? or am
i fukd thanx.....maybe cdizz can explain it better.....

As far as I remember from topic that was open not so long ago, you can't load programs from 1k into 2000xl. However, you can do that the other way round, loading 2000xl into mpc 1000.
