scsi cd rom for mpc2000xl

i just got myself an mpc200xl... and im pretty much a complete and utter noob when it comes to home studio stuff. anyhow ive ordered a 32meg memory upgrade from Ebay. now im looking for a decent scsi cdrom drive.

im not sure whether the ones available on ebay will work. is there any retailers selling CHEAP scsi drives where i could pick 1 up from. btw im form the UK..

Look buddy, I have a NEC SCSI CDROM and I got it for FREE. Check your local PC shops, you should be able to find a couple around the UK and that will save shipping and all those other costs.

i wouldnt know. there's certain ones thats compatible with the mpc. i say go with the link i gave you. thats your best bet. so u can make sure u gettin what u need.

some cd drives are for computers only. even though they may be scsi, not all are compatible.
