Always, Always Save!

I was just workin on a beat and a system error caused all memory to be lost. Damn that kills my mood and that was a good beat too.

**** that sucks

I thought I did it enough already but this just tells ya there is no such thing as saving too much

I totally agree. Just had some ish happen to me not to long ago myself. It can be a pain in da ass but at da end of da day Im just like well I will have to make something even hotter than what i previously made.

how about when you want to switch something up in an already dope sequence and you mess the whole sequence up because you didn't save..happened to me last night, while trying to get busy on the SP1200 which is kind of a pain in the arse compared to the 60's sequencer...it's a lot simpler/basic...I think the key is using the step edit but I haven't gotten good at that yet

Also i have lost some dope sequences in the past when sampling a new sound and not saving before i hit proceed. DOH!

and if you really want to be safe make two copies and seperate them..

To identify the cause of a failure in future, take note of the XXH number that appears with the system error.

EG, 06H, 05H, etc...

Said number can help point out where the problem came from.
