Whats the best software to run injunction with an Akai MPD24? It has loads of features and capabilities but which app utilizes these features to the full potential? I already do a lot with it but there is still plenty that i cant do. I have found close to nothing on tips/tutorials for the MPD. Software I use is Reason, Recycle, Cubase sx3 a lil bit, Sound Forge9, Samplit, and few others.
(i find that each app has its own positive qualities). Any recommendations?

injunction?

There is no "best".

Ableton Live has probably the best (to my knowledge) possibilities of assigning almost every function to it's internal midi map. You can run NI Battery as vst in it, and many different plugins of course.

thanks for the reply harlej. i've used live 6 a lil bit and didn't care for the UI. Lampdog, in ones opinion, which would be best? i know that it depends on what you're trying to do. i'm not trying to do anything necessarily except try some new methods or techniques. By chance would you be familiar w/an MPD, if so have a few suggestions? How well does it work w/Traktion?

MPD, it's a pad midi controller, nothing difficult to learn about it. I don't have one though, nope.
