i think "for a few dollars more." any personal gems in this genre?
For $2.50 I'm not really complaining though.

I recently picked up "For a few $ more" , "TGTBATU" & "A fistful of $" along with the music of Hugo Montenegro at the salvation army, haven't got around to listening to them except TGTBATU, which I was actually disappointed with it, I thought it was going to have more open spaghetti guitars etc.
For $2.50 I'm not really complaining though.

thats a good record there i got a spainish copy and the english of the same record by hugo.
that original " the mexican" beat is on there.
it's a dope record.

I picked up the soundtrack to McKenna's Gold a while ago and it's got some dope funky samples in it. I also picked up a soundtrack to an Italian western called Blue which is pretty good listening, but not terribly good sampling (it's a bit slow/lacks groove)...Blue has the dopest cover I've ever seen on a western soundtrack.

I just bought a collection of songs from Ennio Morricone's soundtrack's, and it's brilliant. He's the guy who composed for all of Sergio Leone's spaghetti westerns (The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, etc), aswell as The Mission (best selling soundtrack ever), and many others. I think he also got an Oscar this year for career achievement. Definitely worth a look.
