Exporting songs from mpc to pc

Sounds like you may be using headphones to monitor your mix, right?

One suggestion I have( and this is going to sound pretty ghetto) is to run a line off the headphone jack of your mpc to the back of your PC and use audacity to record your tracks. Doing this IMO would be easier than sampling your synth into the mpc and then resampling the entire track.. that's just my opinion though.

Btw, I do have a soundcard and Cubase BUT they are in my studio where I am not much these days because we got our second daughter and my wife wants me to be with here in the living room:lol: So I have to improvise a bit with the current set-up.

And yes I am monitoring via my headphones connected to the S90 which has the possibility to route the audio of my mpc through it, so in my headphone I hear everything, without disturbing my wife and daughter

Oh ok! Once you get back into the studio with Cubase you'll have an easier workflow I would imagine.

i tryed the resampling thing....went to record and played my beats and recorded it so i can save it as a wav and transport to my pc...problem im having is the quality is very low and u can barely hear the beat....any suggestions for that? maybe its a bad connection problem?

Maybe your output volume was low at the time.

my output volume would be that of my mixer right? and i dont think its the volume cause it sounds low in a bad way like distorted low

yea beleive it or not i treid that with my laptop and that also was bad quality and very low...it even picked up me clapping...i didnt try the headphones though i tried the one ight next to the headphones on my laptop imma try and see though any more ideas?
