Peace to everybody on the forum. I'm new here. I got a 2000xl but my partner has a 2500 and all of a sudden the pads stopped functioning when we were at the studio. He used an air cannister to clean it before it started acting funny, every other button works. When you hit the pad it would dim the screen a little. We put a fan on it thinking maybe something needed to dry in the machine, it started working long enough for us to track the music but by the time he took back home it was acting funny again. Now the pads aren't doing anything not dimming the screen or anything. If someone knows anything about this problem or knows a place in NY where it can be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated.
