yea i loaded some samples onto the 1000 and they simply don't work, they are definately there but they won't trigger. i checked if they were anymore that 16 bit and they aren't and the file information doesn't look any different than other files that do work. i've also got a few samples that start to trigger a bunch of other samples from the same program. could it be a problem with the program itself? i'll try to reload everything and see how that goes. any1 run into anything like this?

go to LOAD screen and try to PLAY them with F2. It the MPC is able to play them there then the samples are ok. So the next step will be to verify your program. Maybe it's the way u assign them too pads that is making all that mess. Few samples can be triggered with one pad because of the layer feature.

"notice a lot of problems with them program makers. handy but they could be much more solid."

Maybe it would help if someone emailed the author of the application *if* there is a problem. The author has not heard of any problems with the Midicase MPC Program Creator in months.

I haven't had any problems using the software.

looks like there is something wrong with your samples. If they don't play in the load screen, it must be the samples.
You should do it like this:
go to the LOAD screen [mode] PAD2, then find your samples, press LOAD and in the new window press PLAY (F2).

maybe for the 1000 cuz it's new and buggy, but I've used the editor for a while now and it rocks solid.
