Need help with samples after saving

When you first cut the samples into a program the samples interrupt each other as you play them, but after i save them and turn the mpc off when i load the program into a sequence the pads just play over each other not giving me the sound i had before. Can someone please help me get the sound i had with the samples before i saved them?

check your mutegroups in program mode

it's most likely you need to change the program from poly to mono, not change your mute groups
