Yes you can. Just press F2 (Edit) at the Main Screen and follow that. I think it's pretty simple from there.

Word, I'll try that when I get home, I didn't think It'd be that hard to do.

From the main window
Press Edit (F2)
If you're copying the entire track, go to the from section on the right of the screen and select the sequence and track that you're copying
Then, select which sequence and track you're copying to in the "To" field,
Select the Mode-Replace or Merge, etc....
Also, it's possible to copy only part of a track as well. In this instance, you would go to "time" on the left side of the same screen and set the rime to record what you want.
