how about either remembering eq-settings or resetting them? i think its annoying that everytime you apply eq to something on the 1k it has preset settings on the parameters. If everything could just be reset from the start it would be cool. what do you guys think`?

Note repeat as a foot swtich option will be useful when playing live.

hi,
im well into recording my changes using the sliders at the moment, using certain changes to mod filters on my NordG2 Engine.....
but i hit a critical point last nite where i decided it would be better to hane cc#31 in the sequence instead of cc#29, just 'cos i wanted to re-assing the knob functions on the synth. but then i got swamped by having to dial the new value into every single event in step edit, it vuggin killed me (and my down cursor).....

anyone using this behaviour, and have any better ways of changing control change numbers?

so ive asked JJ - how about a mode+step edit addition, the usual F3=edit - with a new F1=re-assign function where any event number or type can be re-assigned to another (with compatible type to type assignments only obviously)

In global i was thinking maybe the master level can move in increments of 2 instead of 6. Will be useful live when using the direct outs for raising the overall level of the the output at once.

Higher resolution(currently only 96ppq) will be higer for smoother recording of notes.

+ 1 for Quantize Strength!!!!

reaper user, perchance? over at the reaper boards some guy coded a software that tallies votes by searching for "+1" and adding it to an archive. pretty cool.

anyway, yeah. quantize strength would be a really nice way of humanizing TC. i like to leave it off, now, but if i could set it on 16th notes (double res) with a quantise strength of 25%, just as a loose push in the right direction for when i really straggle, i'd love it.

yup, Reaper user, among several different other DAWs. Didn't know about that +1 thing on the Reaper forum though.

Anyway, the introduction of a Quantize Strength parameter in the new JJ OS would make me buy an MPC1000 in no time!

yeah it'd be a pretty brilliant addition. i'm all about TC as a "guiding force" rather than a "rigid structure." i'm basically all about the humanization of electronic music in general.

peace lcvl.

"copy to clipboard" & "paste from clipboard"

What i mean is to be able to copy sample "A" to clipboard.
Then paste it into sample "B"
So that in the end it is Sample "B+A"

hi, i know i know, theres gonna be no more updates to JJv1 i expect...

but i love to insert q-real data via the sliders (mode+pad15/grid edit/qreal/insert), but theyre always straight line vectors, but if 'shift+slider movement' was added to the 'insert' function in q-real grid edit, imagine if it added parabolic tensions to the otherwise straight vectors....the q-real curves would be every bit as good as manual input, but more accurate for those perfectionists out there.

maybe i can add it to the list for JJosV2....but its gonna be a painful wait for anyone feeling that there's something missing......we've gotten soooo used to having stuff added by request on an almost overnight basis.......damn i am gonna miss JJ in that respect, like a friend thats gone away to study in a far off land.......he's gonna be buried in the new os devlopment behind closed doors by the looks of it.

sssshhhhhheeeeeeeeoooooooooooot.
