Is it just me?

or is the jog wheel a piece of ish on the 2500, im usin the standard os at the moment... mine feels disgusting... and as for tidyin up the trimmin on my regions it can take agesssss as it doesnt have acceleration like my 2000xl used to.. pls tell me the jj has made the trimming easier, if only they'd send you a free jog wheel which dont feel like the bruk wheel of fortune.

obv this would never happen but it would be cool if akai linked up with apple put their touch wheel in place of the shit they building at the moment.

...you can use shift + cursor to highlight any digit of the sample points - that way you can scroll in tens, hundreds, tousands,...
or you can use the after button and the qlink to rapidly move your slice points.
or you can use the numpad to directly insert sample positions.

but you are right the speedsensitive wheel of the 2k was easy to use and felt a little better.

sick guy, i knew about the qlinks cus thas the same as the 2000 but i didnt know bout the cursor.. props on dealin out some beginner level knowledge cus some peeps frown upon that.
