Akai os 2.11 to JJ OS 4.XX, will beats remain the same?

i'm considering switching to jj os, but i was just wondering if all the information saved along with my beats in 2.11 (such as q link slider parameters) remain the same when i switch to JJ os. will my 2.11 beats sound and remain the same when i switch to JJ os?

also, do i need to reformat my hardrive on the mpc when i switch to JJ os? i really dont want to

and yes jj reccomends reformamting your hdd once you intall the os.
