Want to start making beats right away for $200?

Get a Korg Padkontrol.. It comes with a nice, limited copy of Reason and some other software.

The limited copy of Reason and the simple nature of the Padkontrol is exactly what you need to start out with. Believe me, it will take you a while to really wrap your mind around it , but it's simple enough to really frame your creativity and not get in over your head too much. Plus you will be getting an MPC style Midi controller, that will work great on a PC and will compliment an MPC one day very nicely.

I meant MPC 1000. I mean if you can work with it on midi than thats good.
