i was wondering if i could use the sounds in reason and play them through my mpc. with out just sampling each sound.

Yes u can use reason and the mpc1000 together. I do it all the time. Jus midi the two and u good to go. Its a vid and a written tutorial on this. Jus do a lil search.

i found a couple videos but it wasnt helpful. this is what i have
midi out from mpc into midi in from pc
midi in from pc into midi out from mpc
midi out from midi control into midi in of mpc.
midi out from mpc into midi in from pc
midi in from pc into midi out from mpc
midi out from midi control into midi in of mpc.

seem to me your midi is correct now you need to go inside reason and find the midi port so that the mpc can talk to reason then turn off the sounds on the mp and you should be good to go!

yeah i watched it. the pads work now. but my keyboard doesnt work with the mpc.

I get the midi set up but sparq just posted that we can also plug the keyboard USB to the PC and have 1 midi cable from mpc to keyboard and this will work with reason ? Is that right ?
