2000XL - Storage Options - Data Transfers - HELP!!

I have a 2000XL with no sounds loaded. I have plenty of sound file cd's and an external SCSI hard drive/cd-rom combo = DM-9 (http://scsiforsamplers.com/all_products.asp?DM-9). It works fine and is recoginized by the MPC. But it only lets me load a very small amount of sounds
I know I need to expand my internal memory, but I dont know where to begin. I would like to have a larger amount of workable storage, would a ZIP disk be better?

Any help on what I should put in my MPC would be greatly appriciated!

Your best storage option these days is a card reader/writer.
It can be installed in place of your floppy drive and gives you massive storage options in comparison.

Compact flash cards are real cheap now and very reliable.


.Have you installed the 32mb of RAM?
If not, that will allow you to load more sounds etc.
