Hey Guys, im new to this forum.. Im really looking forward to have a great time here.

I have a serious question!!!

Im considering to buy a Mpc 2500 and I recently ran into this JJ OS thing.. Everybody is talking about it, alot of producers have the JJ OS..

I just can seem to find the basic difference between the JJ OS and the original system that follows with a brand new 2500??

I hope You can answer my question thanks :)

You'd have to use it to see,but basically the Akai OS seems a bit dated in terms of workflow compared to the JJOS.All mpcs r quick once u learn them, but JJ has a better workflow.Faster, but you have to decipher broken english from a japanese writer, but all good! JJOS = Master Mpc'ers .. yeah and I owned the 4000 for a looong time ,and would not go back to it. Nuff said. 8) 8)

ahh thats very interresting, hmm I use the Mv 8800 now, But I really miss my mpc ... I really wanna go back..

ok here is the deal!!!

I used to have a mpc 1000 I bought i used.. and it had an updated version wich alowed it to use the slider as a pitch!!!...

So could that Mean that It already had the JJ OS system installed??

This could mean that I am already familliar with it?.. Lawand

JJ OS 2 is coming in 2008 and this month we should get a brief little demo of what his OS will bring..I believe many will find there ways back to a mpc again.
