Question about CD Burner (quick)

I have installed my cd burner into my mpc and I'm wondering how do I actually take the songs I have made in my mpc and actually burn them (essentially where do I go to burn it).

The MPC2500 will burn any WAV files you have in it to a CD, but you need to understand that generally the only WAV files you have in your MPC2500 are only a sample, NOT a song... so what you need to do is turn your song/beat into a sample....
This can be done by doing whats called "Resampling", and it can all be done within your MPC2500 .
Basically you record (resample) your WHOLE sequence/song /beat through the main outs (not with cables but within the unit) and then you can burn that (extra long/large sample etc) track to CD.
Though you may need to have the extra 128mb memory to cope with the large sample your about to create from resampling.

I just got the cd burner and did what was just mentioned. I basically went to song mode, converted the song into a seq and then resampled it. I then burned the new "sample" to cd. the only problem is it came out in mono. does anyone know how to get a stereo burn.

never mind. my dumb ass cd player R plug was loose. LOL. double check before you post huh?

the link with the manual is no good anymore, but i checked the update and i cant find resampling, can you help please

Resampling is recording the main out (what you hear when you play back your song of sequence)...Chapter 11 of the manual, "Recording a sample" will be of great help to you.

Heres the basics..........Mode>Pad 5 (record)>Select input :main out >Select mode :stereo>Select time >Play> RECORD.
