for those who are familar with fl studio...you know you can click a channel and choose for the sample to cut it self...stoping it from overlaping when you chop it....basically im asking this....i wanna chop a 2 bar sample live when i record with out sending it through the trim function...can i do this???

no. just chop it before hand. and make a program.

I'm not sure what your asking, but if your wanting stop chops from overlapping each other in the MP, then go under program mode and set the pads/chops to mono or set the whole program to mono.

man use edison to chop you samples its a wave editor its tight try it
