often when u load a program,I get an error MSG saying file not found even tho its there. I'm pretty sure it stops loading the rest of the files from the program once this error is encountered ... I always had to manually load one of my programs no exceptions
so this is good news... 4.99 os1 FTW!

what is a definitive list of all remaining bugs that JJ needs to squash in one last and final push over the top to reach the heady heights of JJOS V1 5.0 FINAL?

he needs to fix the track mutes situation!
also on my mpc(w/4.96) when I am using longer phrase samples and use sudden to change sequences the phrase samples carry on playing and **** with my current sequence.

If you're talking about the sequence change issues in track mute, it has been fixed in the re-issue of 4.98.

the old skool way was to use mute groups and setting samples to mono (not poly) so no matter what u do the samples will never overlap!
what kills my life performances is, when u press solo, it literally solos everything now, i prefered when other track samples kept playing, but does not play again when the seq repeats whilst solo is still on.
the way i have to do it now is by doing it in grid edit mode which means having to go through menus in the middle of a show!! NOT GOOD!

Something odd that I noticed a couple days ago when I went from the free 3.08 to 4.99 is that i created a template and some programs in 3.08 and saved it to my autoload folder and it worked great, but for some reason, now when i turn my mpc on and my template loads, I go through the programs and the first program is "program 1" followed by the ones that I created. I have no idea what "program 1" is, its not something I created or that I use. In 3.08, my template would load and only have the programs I created. Even if I manually delete program 1, re-save my template and double check in the autoload folder that only the programs that I created are there; when I turn my MPC back on, "program 1" is there again, first on my list of programs. How does it keep getting back in there and is there a way to permanently delete it?

Not sure if there is a way to delete program 1 permanently but program one is just a default empty program file that you can rename to whatever you choose if you throw some samples in there...[/quote]
