So I've got my loop cut to the right length for my ear and I go to actually loop it and the loop is fine except for this annoying click at the end of each loop exactly where the cut is. Its not a bad cut or a sound from the sample nor is it the metronome.
I have a 2000xl. Help a young lady out.

What you need to do is go into TRIM mode and press Open Window while you are on Start and End field. Zoom In to the max on each side of the loop and then try to adjust it just a notch so it will be on the empty space OR on the flat thin line. That way you should come up with a clean loop without click. Bare in mind, that sometimes it's really hard to get this smooth point, as some stereo samples may loop good on the Right channel, but on the Left channel the waveform won't loop smoothly in the same place as the Right channel.

I know exactly what you mean because normally when I make cuts with software I do it visually and cut where the wave crosses the line. The MPC has such a small screen. I tend do everything by ear and don't look much at the screen, hence the click..
Thanks dear!
