new owner (kind of)

sold my xl to get a 2500. planning on getting memory tomorrow would this work? http://cgi.ebay.com/AKAI-MPC-MEMORY-UPG ... dZViewItem also what do you guys think about the dvd drive? ive read its almost a waste but id imagine burning directly to a cd and sampling cds would be pretty dope...? should i get a cf card or a hard drive? any info would help. looks like its gonna take a while to get used to it compared to the xl.
