wow man, that guy scammed you. if you paid via paypal im 99% sure paypal would get you your money back. you shouldnt have to ask, if its in the pics it has to be included. ive filed like 6 or 7 claims on paypal and ive got my money back everytime. just file a dispute and escalate it to a claim. youll have your money back in no time.

I bought my 2500 from the same user on ebay a couple months ago. Mine came with an 80gb internal hdd and 128mb ram though it didn't mention in the auction. It seems to me that the place just doesn't really know what they're dealing with when it comes to these things. Of course in my case it worked out alright for me
