super basic but can't find answer

How do I connect my MPC to my computer, as in how do I "mount" it? I went through the instructions but it doesnt show up. Card is all the way in.

are you sure the "instructions" you have in your had are mpc instructions. because obviously you didnt read them right

what kind of computer are you using mate? IBM or MAC?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter, it should just appear on the desktop.
You need to go to the LOAD or SAVE page and then hit the USB tab on the
function keys near the screen.

If it doesn't appear.... well, can you read files from the CF on your MPC?
Are things loading properly?

If not then there may be a problem with the reader.
