I seen them in Detroit years and years ago. A bunch of raver kids with glowsticks and pacifiers were dancing around to crappy music before their set. When Autechre came on they tried to dance to it, but finally gave up. It was hilarious watching them try. They would look around to see if anyone else was dancing and then slowly stop hoping nobody noticed.

plenty of people dancing when i saw them in berlin last week


see them live, its different from the records, like a whole history of dance music in 50 minutes - including the future :)

they are great

trust me. Nobody was dancing back when I watched them live. It was during the "powerbook and nord modular" tour when they were doing all of the Confield stuff.
