After doing a search I found that you can get the arrangement of the song copywritten, but it's not valid until the original samples are cleared. I'm about to send 50 sampled beats to be copywritten. I have not cleared any of the samples. Will I still be covered if someone tries jacking my beat? Also part 6 on the SR form says to "Identify any preexisting work or works that this work is based on or incorporates" Do I need to list all of the names of the original samples?

Sums it up right there. No point in trying to get a copyright if it's not gonna be valid until you clear the samples. If the arists/labels don't accept your clearing terms or don't want to clear it, you just blew cash on that copyright for nothing.
