question about sampliing time

2mb ram = 11sec? am i mistaken?

and the 32mb ram = ?

i was just curious, i know it's necessary to upgrade, but how much sampliong time do you get with the 32mb ram upgrade compared to the 2mb? i tried a search, no luck.

U need ram or u wont be able to load alot of sounds. Sample time is the least probs wit 2mb ram.

i understand you need ram for loading samples. im asking how much sampling time you get with the 32mb ram upgrade, i believe the 2mb is 10-11 secs, but how much is the 32mb?

yeah i think i got mines to 180 secs. But which is crazy I would never sample anytrhing for then 30secs at most.

yeah, it's around 189 seconds in stereo and 378 in mono. The only time I've come close to using all the memory is when I've done remixes completly with the MPC (sampled the whole accapella).
