Why Can I Only Load 4MB each time I start MPC?

So I have the hard drive and everything and it is working but I can only load 4.5MB of samples/programs each time I use the MPC. Thats enough to load like one sample and chop it plus load one drum kit and make some sequences. Why can't I upload all the 128MB data on the memory card and be able to use all my kits and samples for as much as the hard drive will allow? Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

till you get the extended ram you can free up some space by turning any autoload to off or manually delete all loaded programs in memory and purge to get rid of the unwanted samples.

you can also save the entire memory after you erased the prg and samples and then load this project to get a clean machine fast.

you can always check how much sample ram and seq space is left in the load page and in the record screen...
