Use whats best suited to YOUR needs and don't worry about what the other man has.... just bang out some beats.... The casual music fan who BUYS MUSIC wouldn't care if you made beats out of wooden spoons..... If they like it , they buy.
I may be wrong but, i don`t think the responds is over what a person likes, to go deep in the matter is whether a person can use an instrument or not. Everyone`s mastery over their instrument differs person to person according the time, effort, and support they received in thier endeavors. However, sometimes people differ according to their way of thinking. If one person views tool as challenges to improve and increase their skills in making music they appriecate the skills they develop in mastering their craft and instruments. On the other hand if a person views a tool as an obstacle to thier craft and lacks the understanding how these challenges wiii develop thier skills once they master it, dialog between learning and helping each other becomes giving up on what you have and moving on to something else. My point is above finding solutions to one`s problems and others will help. If one can`t find a solution to one`s problems then let the others continue on and that person move on to another way.
Once anyone masters their tool they can find a the diamonds they wish with what they have. It`s the understanding and skill of the holder that ultimately counts in making great music.
Peace out
lol, you're mad someone likes the MV over the MPC.....
In plain English nobody`s mad over what someone likes. I`m happy for him once he can make the music he wants to make. Most fans don`t care which tools you use just as long as the music it good. But my point is Boogie, once you MastereD your tool you can make the music you want ,not before. So I pointed out if the tool was mastered or not?
If Boogie didn`t master his instrument, does that mean that its a piece of junk, or inferior to something else. From my understanding maybe more time, patience, effort, and support is needed. It really depends on the individual`s temperment.
My question to you Boogie is if i tell you that my way isn`t working and I believe that another way is better should you quit what you are doing and follow me. Or should you find your way with the help of like-minded people to perfect your craft and improve your skill with what you have?
Snoop quote "I don`t hate and I have never been a hater."
If you quote someone carefully read the post and try to understand it. If you don`t understand ask a question. Never assume anything it leads to mistakes.
