Deleting Bars within a sequence.

Typically, after I have a song, and I'm going to perform it live, I'll bounce it down to one sequence. This makes it easier to play live. Now once I have it in a single sequence, is it possible to delete bars in the middle of a sequence?
For example, say the song is 64 bars. And I want to cut out the second verse (lets say bars 16-32) is there a function that will let me do this?
I've found the copy and insert function, and I know I can lop off bars at the end. But how to I just cut out sections in the middle.

That's cool, but I'm not looking to erase notes, or events. I'm looking to cut entire bars right out. So if I got Verse-Chorus-Verse2-Chorus2. And I want to cut out the second verse so it plays back like Verse-Chorus-Chorus2. If I just erase the events, it would be Verse-Chorus-Blanc-Chorus2.

This would be easy if I was in song mode, but I'm locked in a sequence now.

copy the first original sequence so u have 2 copies.

end the first 1 at the start of the bar you wish to cut,

and start the second one after the region you wish to cut.

go back into song mode and merge the 2 sequence back together.

or save it as a midi file and open it in cubase or someshit for graphical editing and track naming, etc..
