A little advice:
Coming on this forum and making 3 threads with nonsensical/rookie questions is going to annoy a lot of people, instead you could read the MPC manual.

are u tryin to match loops or what?
just find out the bpm of either loop and time stretch the other or adjust the pitch by ear.
which ever you prefer
plus if you chop your samples is way easier to get them on beat.

i would invest in the change-the-pitcher-upper expansion board for 2kxl, commonly known as ctpue. very hard to come by these times, but i heard they used to make them in the soviet union to undermine u.s. economy by flooding the market with cheap imitations, they work, but when you access the edit screen it is all in cyrilic. i heard fruce borat (the russian mpc guru) offers a translator add on for those on uzbek ebay. ebay.uz
