well, I have three volumes. What good ole dusty does is have the originals of songs compiled that were taken by producers. Its interesting and a great listen, and its alot of material you can chop up etc..... DJ premier hates this cat, in a song that gangstar had a while back premier went on a rant aimed at him.

yeah the series is cool i got volume one and i like it. its like ultimate breaks and beats.

breaks are like baseball cards nowadays... too many people collect em for the sake of just having em cause other producers sanpled.

or for new producers who want some good ish to hear and see how others flip em. it really dont matter unless the product is wack. if its hot its hot, u cant knock the hustle. thats like sayin scratch records or dj vinyl is wack. or usin some sample cds. I'm down wit dusty, with the net we all know were the breaks are from anyhow, so **** paying $300 for a record cause a bunch of nerds collect breaks (youd be surprised, cats that dont dj or produce are hiking up the prices to be cool).

And I noticed that in SCRATCH magazine, dr. dre has 2 cd's of dusty fingers next to his set up. By the way, SCRATCH is a great magazine!!!!
