JJOS 1 vs JJOS 2

Hello, I'm going to buy my first MPC in some days. It's a used one, with memory expansion, pad upgrade (Blue MPC) and JJOS1.

I asked him some questions about the JJOS and he said that he didnt want to buy JJOS 2 because he didnt like it. Now I'm wondering, is it worth buying the OS2? Or should i keep on working on his JJOS1?

What are the differences? What is better with OS1? What is better with OS2?

Are there differences that are really necessary for me, as Im all new to this?

If your finances allow it, I'd recommend buying JJ OS 1 and then JJ OS 2. You're able to dual boot between the two. Exceptional value for money.

I didnt really understand that sentence As I said the MPC already have the JJ OS1. Do I have to pay for the JJ OS2 too? If so, 49dollars?
Or can I just upgrade to JJ OS2, or get like a better price for it? Seems strange for the ones that have bought both JJ OS1 and 2 to pay the double as the ones who only payed for the 2?

JJ OS1 and JJ OS2 can co-exist on your MPC. You need to have JJ OS1 before you can buy JJ OS2. Once installed, you can hold a button down when you power on your MPC and decide whether you want to use JJ OS 1 or JJ OS 2. To swap between the two, simply power off, power on again and repeat the procedure to choose the alternative JJ OS.

don't forget you can just install os2 without actually buying it and try it out.
the only thing you can't do is save until you buy it.
but you can at least see if you like it more than os1 before you buy it.

most people do like it, so you'll probalbly buy it, but might as well try it out before spending the money...
