Share your knowledge on these two classic MPCs

ive got a problem
when i try to record a simple drumtrack on my mpc60 it first seems to work, but when i listen to it afterwards the timing of the drums is completely wrong and absolutely not the way i played it.
even after reseting the mpc it wont work. just the ohter day it all worked well i cant figure out whats wrong now.
can someone help me please

im assuming you know your way around the mp already but did u double check swing settings or tsig or anything to do with that?

mh it is strange... but perhaps it could help me to know how i can change the sensitivity of the pads so they arent doublesounds when hitting the pad one time.

Count in is noticed... to describe it : there is also the problem that when I hit the bass always on time on the metronome, the sequence doesnt contain all the hits I heard while playing it... often it leaves some out and so on.

Learn how to let up off the pad when hittingit, don't let your fingers rest of the pads.
That is you, not the mpc most likely.

That could be you using up polyphony.

Turn off the timing, it will play back exactly how you played it.
For starters, use 1/16 timing, if it's not enough, use 1/16(3), if that's not enough turn off the timing.

Thank you very much the only thing I couldnt find is the polyphony thing . do you mean that I play some notes twice ?`or is it a setting which I dont find (mpc60 os 2.02)
