Dilla used the SP1200 too for a little bit but not for the ATCQ stuff.

I'm pretty sure that's the one fcking Akai product I hate the most . . . . . easily .



:oops: . Sorry, I'm thinking S1000 . But the MPC 1000 is still pretty "Toys R Us'd" out . I still have one in a drawer in my dresser that a friend left about a year ago that I'll never use and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want it so it'll just sit there .

haha heard that many times before...but still a lot of artists use it like MF and Count Bass and make surprisingly (IMO) good music with it
