fuzz / noise on right channel

so when I plug in headphones / or use the output L R for 1/4" everything is fine. then all of the sudden I get a loud terrible fuzz / noise

I haven't tried the digital connections yet

It appears to be the right channel b/c when I only use the left, everything works fine

any clue as to what this may be ? I fix xbox 360s so if its something easy I can prob. handle it. I'm thinkin its a ground / connection issue somewhere.

fixed. was a grounding issue on the main PCB. looks like someone spilled something on the mpc and it was shorting out..

cleaned it up used some de-ox-it . working fine now.

although I paid $40 for an electronics repair to take a look

I seem to have the same problem on my MPC-1000.
All of a sudden (I guess after a live set) the right channel of my MPC has a constant noise sound.

Which part of the MPC did you clean? I've opened mine up and tried cleaning it without any result.

Please notice that after about then seconds I press play in order for you guys to hear the

I do love noise but this is a bit too much, hehe

Does anyone else know of a sollution to this problem?

thats exactly what mine was doing. I took everything apart and used De-oxit on all the PCBs and reseated the all the ribbon cables. It was working fine since I fixed it up until now.

I'm gonna look at the board where all the 1/4" plugs go next. It just started doing this again. This time it comes and goes. I'm gonna take it apart again and see what else I can find. Wish I could be of more help

Mine is still there as well. I've been rerouting my sound so that I don't use the main right output.
Was it hard to open up the entire machine? I opened it maybe half the way but then got a little scared
thinking I might not be able to put it all together again, hehe.

Now I have the same noise on my other MPC-1000. Both of my MPC-1000 is behaving like this. Can't be a coincidence, can it?
Anyone else had this problem and know of a way to fix it?

Fortunately my MPC-4000 is still behaving correctly!

Is everyone else lucky enough not to have this problem?

I have a right channel not working, I've opened MPC, did some cleanup, but that didn't help. I hope that is not CPU PCB
