missing samples in song mode.

Hi all any help much appreciated. If i create a song using several sequences, do all of my beats and samples need to come from the same program. Ive tried before using several programs and when i played back the song (long sequence) there was missing samples. Everything is in poly. Thanks.

yeah i've got the same problem. Not sure what's up with this either - this is the first song i've almost completed, hence the first time i've used Song Mode. I'm on JJOS1.
