I Tilted My MPC1000 Screen

Im going to make a lil stand for the screen, so this setup is temporary. The screen stays stable even when pounding on the pads. I could even pick the mpc up and the screen stays there.

thats in the works :wink: Im looking for the molding plastic. Im going to make like a rectangle pyramid that you put the screen into, this way its not permanent incase people want to put the screen back to sell it or whatever. Expect an update.

just my opinion but the screen looks a little too big to be tilted. i dont really see a distinct advantage of having your screen tilted. i mean cant you just place your mpc at a lower level if you cant see the screen? anything above stomoch high is a bit too high for me to be working on.

damn man thats some hackers status right there. respek. build a frame that will cover the bottom of where the screen came out of and make a sturdy one to hold it up. if you can accomplish that. you are something.

The advantage for me is that I dont have to hover of my mpc or even lean anymore. And I dont have to have anything under it anymore. This is just the first stage. It will be more attractive once its done.

they're probably already cooking something like this. if you can do it for cheaper and make it look pro, i'll send you mine and you can do it.
