Sometimes yes I’ll say it “Sound Forge” Is a lil too much for the Job……

You'd like to have samples in WAV but you don't want to
spend hours cutting and trimming each sample using Sound Forge (auto Region IS Great But This FASTER), Wavelab or etc……

So you got this Audio Sample CD but You want (Separate) .wav Data………For your 16 Pads(YES!!!)

Enter……..WaveKnife 1.4 alpha -- Rip those Trax using tool like WinDAC or CDDA or some other extraction tool the open WaveKnife and use the browser to target the Long Wave Track adjust the Sensivity
(noise level and gap length) choose your destination in the window on the right press COUNT to see how many slices you’ll get then press SPLIT and S-H-I-T its done and In your Folder of Choice You Could Even Choose A ZIP DRIVE!!!!!!........hint!!!!!!!!!!! (honestly I had to tweat it a bit but in Like 5min I was Hooked!!!!)
